Conquest Adventures Ltd Booking Terms & Conditions
A 50 % is required 4 weeks before intended departure at the time of booking with the balance to be settled 14 days prior to the Safari. If a reservation is made within 14 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
There is 50% of cancellation fee within 14-21 days and 100% cancellation fee within 48 hours to the commencement of the safari. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from any money paid.
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify the Company in writing as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation is only effective when it is received in writing. In such case the following cancellation charges will be payable:
- If cancelled out of 60 days, full deposit will be forfeited.
- If cancelled 60 days and under, 100% cancellation charges will apply
- Unused portion of any Safari or Tour is not refundable.
Alteration of tour
The right is reserved to alter any route or arrangement to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should the conditions necessitate.
Transfer of booking
In the event you are unable to travel due to extraordinary circumstances, we may transfer your booking to another party provided the arrangements remain the same and if the service providers ( airlines, hotels, etc ) are all ready to accept the transfer.
Mode of payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars and Sterling Pounds. You may pay by cash or travelers cheque to Conquest Adventures Ltd. Foreign Currency Cheques and payment by credit card may be accepted subject to bank charges with prevailing rates based on local currency. Cheques and TC’s may incur Managers Discretion service charge.
The costs quoted are inclusive of all transportation as per the itinerary, park entrance fees, permits where applicable and driver’s allowances.
You are advised to buy travel insurance through your agent before coming to Kenya, but local evacuation coverage is available in the unlikely event of a medical emergence while out in the bush.
All bookings are accepted on the specific conditions that of ConQuest Adventures Ltd. Our guides act as representatives of ConQuest Adventures Ltd in all matters related to hotel / lodge accommodations, tour, transport etc, but are not liable for injury, delay, loss or damage of equipments in any manner whatsoever. ConQuest Adventures Ltd liability to clients carried in our vehicle is governed by the respective laws of the country.
Complains / Refunds
If the client has a complain/refund query about any aspect of his/her holiday it should be reported immediately to ConQuest Adventures Ltd. There will be no refund on unutilized services.
The expression “force majeure” means any event which the company could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government action and all similar circumstances outside the company control. In these circumstances the company shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where company is forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change your holiday arrangements in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of the company contractual obligations is prevented or affected.
